Threads and replies
Discussions support nested comment replies, so a side thread does not derail the main one. Each discussion is a first-class record you can link to, search, and attach decisions to.
Mentions and reactions
Mention a teammate with @ to pull them in; the mention surfaces in their Calm Inbox under Needs Attention. React with emoji to acknowledge without adding noise. Comments support markdown for formatting, code, and links.
Why it matters
Because discussions live next to the work and stay searchable, the reasoning behind a change does not disappear the moment the thread scrolls away. That is what makes Decision Capture possible.
