Notion is where a lot of teams keep their knowledge base. Malveon connects to it for two things: reading the pages you share, and writing decisions out as structured pages.
Export decisions to Notion
This is the strongest part of the Notion integration. From a captured decision in Malve, one click creates a structured page in your connected Notion workspace and stores a backlink. Notion has the most polished export path of any integration, with a dedicated export dialog.
Reading from Notion
Malveon can read the pages and databases you explicitly share with the integration, scoped by Notion’s own sharing model. It does not see anything you have not shared with it.
An honest limitation
Notion does not send inbound webhooks to Malveon, so there is no real-time sync of Notion changes. Treat Notion as "export to, and read on demand," not as a live two-way sync. This is a deliberate framing, not a workaround we are hiding.
