Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing malveon.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

• Malveon is an early access execution intelligence platform for engineering teams.
• The service is currently in beta and private pilot phase.
• Features and availability may change without notice.

3. No SLA during beta

• Malveon makes no uptime or availability guarantees during the early access period.
• The service is provided as-is.

4. Pilot pricing and liability cap

• Paid pilot access is offered at $99 per month flat rate.
• In no event shall Malveon's total liability exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
• This cap applies to all claims including service interruptions, data issues, or loss of access.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not use Malveon to violate applicable laws.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• You may not share access credentials with unauthorized users.

6. Intellectual property

• All Malveon software, design, and content is owned by Ladson Antony Raj.
• You retain ownership of all data you connect or submit through the platform.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate access with 7 days written notice.
• We may suspend access immediately for violations of acceptable use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India (Tamil Nadu).
